Business Development Consultant/ Manager (Shanghai)
Responsibilities:
-The main role of the BD Consultant is to actively nurture and develop new and existing corporate client relationships for a leading business services company by growing network of industry and business contacts, participation in professional networking events, and association with leading professional and alumni organizations.
-This person must have the ability to research and assess potential client targets, which will include a mix of multinationals, small and medium international companies, fast-growth start-up companies, and international companies in the process of entering the China market. In addition, he/she should be able to find ways to identify key hiring decision makers and penetrate new accounts, and drive the overall business development activities.
-Must be able to "open doors" with new, potential clients, as well as develop leads and gather information that may lead to new business relationships.
Requirements:
-5-8 years of work experience, including at least 2+ years in a sales, business development, and/or marketing role of products or services that target corporate enterprises and/or small and medium businesses.
-Must be able to confidently communicate with executives at the C-level by addressing key organization needs and conveying our company' business service and competitive strengths.
-Person should be highly results-driven, outgoing, aggressive, resourceful, creative, and an excellent communicator, in addition to analytical and strategic-thinking.
-He or she should also be a team-player, very hands-on, and a self-starter who enjoys working in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
