[size=5][b]Project Manager[/b][/size][b]Main Responsibility:[/b]
¨Be the main interface between customers and company to support customers worldwide
¨Build and follow-up the project schedule, motivate and direct team as required to execute program plan and ensure the on-time achievement of all milestones
¨Lead the project team which is composed of members from all functional departments
¨Make regular project reviews, define and follow-up actions so as to reach the commitments taken towards customer
¨Be pro-active, trying as best to anticipate problems
¨Execute and implement all work aligned with the New Product Development process
¨Report status of program activity to all stakeholders (e.g., management, support functions)
¨Communicate changes in project to departmental and cross functional teams
¨Identify root cause of problems, offers solutions to resolve issues
¨Responsible for performance reviews of project team in partnership with managers and/or chief engineers
[b]Qualification:[/b]
¨Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metal Science/Metallurgy or equivalent, advanced degree preferred
¨3+ years of program management ,PMP Certified preferred
¨Good leadership, communications, listening, conflict management and interpersonal skills
¨Good analytical problem solving and organizational skills
¨Excellent decision-making and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
¨Basic Financial knowledge
¨Good Oral and Written English
¨PC software proficiency (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint)
¨Domestic and international travel as needed
