actually,my daily english is OK,i can communicate with the others in english,but sometimes i can't describe myself very well because i have little words in my mind ,so i think "to remember words "is also very important .
another difficulties for me to speak english fluently is,i can't understand all the foreigners very well,because they  are from different areas with different accent ,so i think to talk to the   foreigners from different countries is really a good way to improve  english.

It doesn't all that bad to speak with accent,and it's tough to eliminate the accent no matter how hard you try,nevertheless,the exception is that there are some talents can speak exactly like a native,Your ideas to chat with people from around the world who're speaking with strong accents is impressive,you can graduately get used to it as time going ahead,i need share with you a fact that even American speak with accents too,the standard American English is the English,which i think,can be simply described as a language used by educated people in the states(not exactly),the funny thing is even some native American,sometimes,can't understand people from other cities in U.S.A,a friend of mine said

i know ,just as a person from South China can not understand a person from North China,although they are both speaking MANDARIN.
