what is the greatest achiement of HR?
different company have different standard. you know, any company have his individual system, may be poor, weak,maybe systematic and effective,maybe flexible, so no a unique standard for all companies. in my opion, the greatest achiement should be push you company to higher level based on present condition. any further even a small step you want to push your company to move is very hard.
